Our quotation system can be customized based on your company’s pricing rules per volume.

Can also customize the shipping costs based on variables such as weight, volume, country, shipping method (such as express, air cargo, sea cargo, etc.).

In addition we can add special filters for specific customers, or inquiries received from certain countries to take a specific action.

We currently handle 3 methods to input inquiries into the quotation system:

  1. Can receive inquiries by hand (from email).
  2. Can receive single product RFQ inquiries directly from our web system.
  3. Can receive multiple products RFQ inquiries directly from our web system.

Once received the inquiry, our system then processes the quotation based on your rules on pricing/discounts, and optionally includes shipping cost, also based on your rules on weight/volume, country, etc.

Then there are 3 options for the quotation output format:

Generate quotation in simple table format

This is the simplest option, it will basically pre-format the quote on a table to copy and paste to your existing quotation template or directly in the quotation response email.

Generate quotation in PDF with custom format

This next option allows for the generation of a quotation in PDF with custom formatting based on a template we will customize based on your specific format.

* Requires manual handling of each quote.

Generate quotations in PDF and email automatically.

This option allows for automatic quotations to inquiries received directly from our web system.

It will generate quotations in PDF with custom format and attach them directly to an email with a preset text to be sent automatically to the customer.

I will keep records of all quotations sent for future reference and analysis with our report tools.

It can be adapted to work with or without human approval/supervision.

It is the perfect solution for companies receiving large volumes of inquiries as it will save precious time for salespeople to direct it to more productive activities.
